Leg Extentions

Intro:-

These foldable leg extensions give your Solo, and its gimbal added height. The increased ground clearance between the gimbal and the ground is the main benefit. While this product is almost necessary for landing/taking off in any sort of grass it also makes the solo look bigger. When not in use the legs fold away for easy storage and still allow for the original backpack to be used. These leg extensions are printed in either PLA (for normal everyday use) or PloyCarb (for extreme users) so they can take quite the hit, not that you would ever treat your solo with such neglect (; Please note PolyCarb is only available in clear.

Features:-

  • Increased gimbal ground clearance
  • Fold away design
  • Makes solo look bigger
  • Printed in PLA or Polycarb
  • Set of four

Important Notes:-

Simply pull off the old feet and pop on these new ones. No tools required. There may be a slight red tint around the nut. This is due to the thread lock that is applied to the nuts; some tend to run a bit more than others. Simply install the feet with the nut facing inward if this bothers you and rest assured the nut will not fall off. For the PolyCarb users, it should be noted that the back of the legs look/feel a little rough. This is from the abs juice used to hold them onto the print bed when being made. Fine grain sandpaper can be used to remove this print characteristic if it bothers you. PLA users get a very glossy finish on the back of their legs and have the added benefit of a second color option.
